Distributing more than six million cases* of beer each year, Pearlstine Distributors operates two climatically controlled facilities to serve our seven-county area. Our Ridgeland, South Carolina center serves southern county communities like Hilton Head, Beaufort, Hampton and Walterboro. Our Charleston facility, completed in 2003, is located in the rapidly developing Cainhoy Road corridor of Charleston’s East Cooper area. This location serves the Charleston metro area and surrounding communities.

This new Charleston center is a spacious, state-of-the-art facility designed for the expanding scope of Pearlstine Distributors operations. It includes a 1.5 acre beer warehouse, a drive-through loading area that’s larger than a NFL football field, and enough state-of-the-art loading bays to handle a dozen semi-trailer trucks at once.

Everything is designed for speed, safety and efficiency – the cornerstones for quality distribution of products that are sensitive to time and temperature. Massive insulated doors open with a wave of a hand. Colors and lighting promote cleanliness and warehousing simplicity. Advanced electronics manage inventories with up-to-the-second accuracy.

This center is also designed for our company’s unique business style. Combined dining and break facilities encourage open interaction and idea-sharing between employees at every level. Reception and hospitality facilities present the company story and warmly welcome visitors into our home. Windows bring the outside in, and areas like the garden atrium and landscaped patios help encourage the insiders to go out.
