If it can be done outside that's what I want to be doing... walking, kayaking, boating of any kind, throwing a cast net, cycling. In Utah you'll find me hiking, skiing, mountain biking (only on the gentle rides...falling on rocks hurts!) and snow shoeing.

My association with Pearlstine goes back to May 1977 when I first was assigned to work on the PDI account as a staff accountant. I have worked with the family ever since in my capacity as a CPA with a public accounting firm. I left my practice in October 2010 to work full time for the family.

I enjoy what I do and always have. As a CPA, my role is to provide the best financial advice to the family and the company that I can and to help them to navigate the complexities that the taxing authorities often impose on businesses. I enjoy the mental challenges involved as the organization skills that you need to keep up with everything.

I am a huge dog lover and I enjoy walking my two Westies (especially on the beach). I also enjoy spending time with friends at movies, plays and eating out. My special joy is time spent with my new great niece, Ava who is 11 months old and a baby genius.

I love reading and I started knitting when my niece, Amanda became pregnant. I am really addicted to it now because it allows me to always be able to multi-task which is one of my other favorite things to do.
